Collateral Registry System (CRS)

Collateral Registry System is an electronic, modern notice based registry that store the information of financial agreements (loans) from a movable asset between the debtors and creditors. The objective of Collateral Registry System is to ease the flow of credit within businesses in Saint Lucia. 

Functions of CRS:

• To maintain an electronic online register of security interests in personal property.

• Allow businesses and individual in Saint Lucia to leverage their assets to the bank and finance companies to obtain credit for growth.
